The Northumberland Estates is one of the larger employers in the Alnwick area, directly employing over in excess of 200 full time staff and indirectly hundreds more.
This figure rises considerably during the summer months due to the large number of seasonal staff employed both at both the Castle and in the Alnwick Garden. We are always looking for enthusiastic, ambitions and talented people to join our team and run a number of apprenticeships and work experience schemes.
