Alnwick Castle and Covid 19

19th Mar 2020

Following Government advice on Monday 16 March, we have taken the decision to delay the opening of  Alnwick Castle to visitors for the foreseeable future. This is in the interest of looking after the health and well-being of our visitors, employees and the wider community. The Castle was due to open on March 27th.

All tickets booked for a visit between 27th March and 30th June will receive a full refund and our team will be in touch in due course.

Meantime Hulne Park will remain open to the public for the time being. Usual rule apply as in free entry with opening hours 11 am until sunset. No dogs allowed.

We will be monitoring the situation closely. Updated information will be available on the Alnwick Castle web site as and when things change.

The wider Northumberland Estates business will continue to operate normally as far as possible and is contactable through the usual channels.
